Are you looking to overcome mindset challenges, develop a healthier relationship with food, and feel more at ease and empowered in your body through sustainable lifestyle changes?
My lifestyle coaching approach focuses on helping individuals develop healthier habits that support both physical and mental well-being. I offer nutrition coaching paired with behavior change strategies, as well as wellness-focused coaching without nutrition for those who want support with mindset, balance, stress, and daily routines. This flexible approach allows me to work with a wide range of clients, empowering them to build healthier routines, increase self-awareness, and create lasting change in a way that feels realistic and achievable.
Have you lost weight only to gain it back, or feel stuck and frustrated around food and other aspects of your life? Nutrition and lifestyle coaching can help you create sustainable routines, strengthen your mindset, and achieve results that last.
We often have unhelpful habits and coping mechanisms and unseen log-jams in the way of creating lasting results.
This is where I come in.
I offer weekly individualized 50-minute coaching sessions dedicated to investigating the roadblocks that keep you from meeting your goals. Together we establish progressive healthy habits that create a sustainable lifestyle.
Everything you learn and implement will be healthy habits for life, so even after we stop meeting you will have tools, skills, and established habits that will help you maintain your results and will often impact many other areas of your life!
Here’s how it works:
We explore and assess the root causes of what is keeping you from achieving your personal goals.

We test to see if this new habit change is helping you get to where you want to go, and make changes as needed.

If you are looking for a quick fix, this is not for you. I recommend a minimum of 1-3 months because lasting change takes time. It is a process to identify roadblocks and to implement new habits and to change our relationship with food. While I can, and I will sometimes customize macros, this is just a small area of the work I do with clients.

No. My goal for you is to be confident and in control of your journey, learning the skills and creating habits to facilitate lasting change that is independent of needing a coach long term. For this reason, I do not write meal plans. Often people do not stick with plans written by someone else because we all have different tastes, preferences, cultures, and needs.
However, I will gladly help you write and make suggestions for your meal and “go-to” snack menu along with many other skills, such as selecting improved quality food options and the correct quantity just for you. I am also available to help you walk through a kitchen makeover.

No. I am not a Registered Dietitian, Counselor, or Doctor. I can offer general nutrition recommendations for health, wellbeing, and energy needs, and general tools and skills that can help with separating emotions from food, but I cannot offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and cannot give advice to specifically treat any medical conditions. If needed, I will refer you to a medical professional, if any issue arises that is out of my scope of practice and training.
