Laura Mckenna wellness coaching

Helping you create sustainable, whole-person transformation through self-awareness, behavior change, and mind-body wellness practices.

Through both professional and educational training and my own experiences of overcoming unhealthy relationship patterns, achieving a 100-pound weight loss, and transforming my lifestyle, I understand the courage it takes to challenge old beliefs, break unhealthy cycles, and create a life that reflects your values, strengths, and authentic self.

I believe meaningful change happens one step at a time. My coaching approach combines self-awareness, behavior and belief change strategies, nervous system-informed wellness practices, and practical life tools to help clients identify the patterns and roadblocks keeping them stuck and create meaningful, sustainable change.

Whether you feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, overwhelmed by life and relationships, disconnected from yourself, or unsure where to begin, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space grounded in curiosity, compassion, and realistic, sustainable progress.
